Start with a pomegranate paloma spritz before sharing a vibrant spread of mezze, including hummus with lamb ragu, salt-roasted beetroot and merguez in blankets. Then tuck into lamb shoulder shawarma with cranberry harissa and orange and chilli-roasted duck, served alongside charred Brussels sprouts and grilled broccolini. Finish with halva mousse, sour cherry compote and pistachio.
